BABI SUBAIR | Managing Partner

Mrs Subiar is a managing partner of FountainHead Media Group. Mrs. Subair started her career with
Investec, London acting in various capacities in its Private Banking division. She joined Schroders
Salomon Smith Barney, London in 1998, as an analyst in the Treasury division in London. She later
moved to Citibank Nigeria, serving as a Risk Manager within the Corporate Bank.   Mrs. Subair was
head hunted from Citibank Nigeria to establish the Investment Department of NAL Asset Management
& Trustees Limited, Nigeria in charge of overseeing Pension Fund Administration and Management,
Foreign Currency Investment, Capital Market, Money Market, Financial Advisory Services and other
investment related services.

Mrs. Subair is an alumnus Cranfield University School of Management, United Kingdom, with a Masters
in Business Administration specializing in Private Equity. She also holds a bachelors degree in
Economics from University of Durham, United Kingdom.


ADEWALE ALLI | Associate

Prior to FountainHead Media Mr. Adewale worked for Synergy Capital & Advisory Ltd., Nigeria an investment
bank boutique focused on providing bespoke business and financial advisory services to middle market
companies. Mr. Alli started his career at Metropolitan Bank, Lagos in 2001 where he worked as an analyst
/relationship officer and developed good financial/credit analysis skills during his stay with the bank.  In 2005,
He joined Nice Capital, a subsidiary company of the Nice Group Ltd. in London as an Investment Associate
where he was responsible for managing a multi million pound real estate portfolio.  Adewale holds a B.Eng
(Honours) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wolverhampton, UK and an MBA from
Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées (ENPC) in Paris.

TOLU ADETUGBO | Associate

Mrs. Adetugbo a member of the Nigerian Bar.  She started her career with George Ikoli & Okagbue (Barristers,
Solicitors and Notaries Public) where she had a brief stint in commercial law and intellectual property law. 
Subsequent to that, she worked with Asset & Resource Management Limited (“ARM”) as a legal counsel for
several years.  There she gained significant experience in the structuring of corporate and project finance
transactions, compliance and regulatory issues as well the operation and management of mutual funds.
